【技能讲解】 倡议书是为了开展某项工作、完成某项任务或进行某项活动，而倡议大家一起做某事，或提出合理化建议、意见时使用的一种文体。一般可分三段来写：第一段，自我介绍以及发出倡议的缘由，或对现存某不合理现象的描述；第二段，针对具体问题发出倡议，提出解决问题的可行性建议；第三段，做出总结或再次呼吁、号召大家采取行动。注意，发出倡议的理由以及提出的倡议不要面面俱到，抓住重要的一两点具体说清楚就可以了。
[常用表达方式] 1.We should make every possible effort to overcome the difficulties.
2．It is high time for us to do something about the problem before it is too late.
3．Only if we take effective st to deal with this problem now can we...
4．With the aim of...，we carried out a series of measures.
