1．“疑问词＋ever”包括“疑问代词＋ever”和“疑问副词＋ever”
(1)疑问代词＋ever：whatever, whichever, whoever, whomever
(2)疑问副词＋ever：whenever, wherever, however
2．“疑问词＋ever”与“no matter＋疑问词”引导从句时的区别
(1)引导让步状语从句时，“疑问词＋ever”与“no matter＋疑问词”可以互换使用。
The quality will be the same, whichever/no matter which of them you choose.
它们当中无论你选哪一个，品质都一样。
Whoever/No matter who breaks the rule, he must be punished.
无论谁违反了规定，都要受到处罚。
The task must be done, however/no mater how difficult it may be.
无论多么艰难，这个任务一定要完成。
Wherever/No matter where she goes, there are crowds of people waiting to see her.
她所到之处都有成群的人等着见她。
You can ask for help whenever/no matter when you need it.
你如果需要帮助随时可以提出来。
(2)“疑问代词＋ever”可以引导名词性从句，这时不可以与“no matter＋疑问词”互换使用。
Whoever goes against the tide of history will come to no good end.
凡是逆历史潮流而动的人都不会有好下场。
Whatever you say will make no difference to the final result.
无论你说什么对最后的结果都不会产生影响。
Whichever he likes will be given to him.
他喜欢哪个就给他哪个。
