Learn the basics of linocut—from tool advice to gaining confidence and control. You’ll go home with a selection of greeting cards, postcards and prints. All tools and materials are provided and all levels are welcome.

In this workshop you will learn to paint a beautiful watercolor landscape with a sky, mountains and trees. Working from a picture and with guidance and step-by-step demonstration from Purnima Panchal, you will learn skills such as graded wash, transparent layers and stippling. This life drawing class is open to improvers and experienced artists and is an opportunity to develop and explore drawing skills with a model. Working on lines, shading and general drawing skills, you’ll see demonstrations and be given individual teaching to help develop your skill base. Not all materials are provided. It is a two-day introduction to the traditional art of stained glass using the Tiffany-style skill.
