写概要的时候，要准确表达原文的意思，也应充分考虑文章中体现出来的逻辑关系。逻辑关系理顺了，文章写起来也顺了，阅读概要文章的人也更理解我们要表述的内容了。在写作时，我们可以适当地运用一些衔接词，体现文章中的逻辑关系，使得完成的概要结构紧凑。
1．表示逻辑顺序：first，second，third，then，next，after that，finally，for one thing．．．for another．．．，on (the) one hand．．．on the other hand．．．
2．表示时间顺序：now，at present，recently，after，afterwards，after that，after a while，in a few days，at first，in the beginning，to begin with，later，next，finally，immediately，soon，suddenly，all of a sudden，at that moment，as soon as，the moment，from now on，from then on，since then，gradually，finally，at the same time，meanwhile，till，not．．．until，before，after，when，while，as，during，in the past，in the future
3．表示程度递进：besides，what's more，what's worse，in addition，furthermore，moreover，especially，in particular，even，to make the matter worse
4．表示解释说明：for example，for instance，such as，in this case，in fact，actually，namely，take．．．for example
5．表示因果关系：because，because of，since，now that，as，thanks to．．．，due to．．．，therefore，as a result (of)，for this reason
